If the Glambot Bluetooth is not showing up or if it shows up but you are not able to connect, there are a few most likely causes.
MOST COMMON: Another device is already connected to the Glambot Bluetooth. Ensure there is no other device already connected to the Glambot Bluetooth network. This is the most common cause for the Bluetooth network to not come up, come up and disappear, or display an "unable to connect" error. Only one device running your video editing software (Snappic, Touchpix, etc.) should be connected to the Bluetooth.
Pro tip: Check all personal devices and spare devices in supply bins
The Bluetooth board has come unplugged: Check to ensure the red light on the Bluetooth board is on. If the light is off, check connections both into the box and into the PC. once the light comes back on, restart your unit. If looking at the Glambot from the front, your Bluetooth board is located in the left side of the base of the unit.
If the Bluetooth board is already on and you cannot find any other devices already connected to the unit, move to the extended/OFF position and power down the robot. Then, turn the power back on and immediately connect the Bluetooth to the desired device. *The Glambot® Bluetooth signal should be visible almost immediately when starting up the unit.
