Pairing Glambot® with Touchpix
Ensure that no devices are currently connected to the Glambot. If so, navigate to the bluetooth settings on your device and tap [forget this device] for the connected Glambot
Open the Touchpix app, select event, and navigate to the settings tab
Scroll down and tap [Bluetooth Methods]
Swipe left to the [Glambot®] tab and tap [connect to Bluetooth]
Select your Glambot
Tap [Pair]
Confirm connection
Turn on [Use Clicker BT] under the [Trigger Session] settings
Set [countdown video] to 0 seconds under the [Sessions] settings
Your Glambot is now ready!
Operation and Filming Recommendations
For DSLR camera use, navigate to the [Camera] settings
Tap [DSLR] then [Connect to DSLR]
Connect your camera via USB and then tap [USB] when prompted
The camera will connect automatically (If not, turn the camera off and on again)
Turn the volume all the way down on the device running Touchpix
If the video doesn’t automatically begin recording at the same time as the Glambot path motion, navigate to advanced settings in the lower left corner of the Glambot motion control app, and set the connection type to [Bluetooth]. This will trigger the video recording earlier than if set to [USB]
