If the volume button shutter trigger is not working when starting a Glambot® path, check these settings and adjust as needed:
Make sure that the tablet stand is not pinching or pressing down on the iPad volume buttons or power button. Even if it doesn't appear to be pressing the buttons down, loosen the corner brace and double check.
Ensure that [Change with Buttons] is disabled.
Ensure the volume is turned up approximately 50%
If the volume is 100% up or 100% down, it can create issues triggering
Ensure that the shutter trigger in Snappic is connected to the volume buttons.
Tap [Select Accessories]
Tap [Volume Buttons]
Tap [Done]
Ensure that the Bluetooth is connected to the iPad/iPhone running Snappic. Navigate to the settings on the iPhone/iPad running Snappic, tap [Bluetooth], and connect to the Glambot® Bluetooth (e.g. glambot-001). You may need to check other devices and disconnect from those first. Only ONE device can be connected to the Glambot® Bluetooth at a time.
Restart the iPad/iPhone. Then, reconnect to the Glambot Bluetooth signal, open Snappic, connect to the camera and volume buttons, and try again.
