Blue Cue Light Won't Turn On

If the blue cue light on the wrist does not turn on, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check cable #40

  • Make sure cable #40 (circled in the photo below) is connected before the Glambot® is powered on and calibrated.

  • If cable #40 is disconnected or connected after calibration, the Glambot® must be fully powered off. Connect cable #40, then power the Glambot® back on and recalibrate it.

2. Check power to the Bluetooth board

  • When the Glambot® is powered on, a red LED should be lit on top of the Bluetooth board, as indicated by the arrow in the photo below.

  • If the red LED is not lit, confirm that the USB cable is securely connected to the back of the mini PC.

3. Check all cable connections

  • Check cable #40 and make sure there are no loose wires or damaged pins in the connector.

  • Remove the wrist and wrist covers to inspect all connections and ensure that they are fully secured.
