Wrist full rotation / Won’t stop rotating at the end of a path

Updated over 2 months ago

If the wrist doesn’t stop rotating or spins all the way around, it is likely due to a wrist communication error. The cable from wrist motor 2 to wrist motor 3 may have been disconnected fully or intermittently. If this happens, use the red e-stop button to shut down the robot immediately to prevent cable damage.

  1. Ensure the cable connecting wrist motor 2 to 3 is fully seated and secure. Restart the robot.

  2. Update your Glambot® to the latest software. You should have received an email with the files needed for your specific unit. Reach out to Glambot Support if you have not yet received it. Once you have the email, check out our Software Update Guide for step-by-step instructions.
