  4. If the Webapp is not loading or connecting, see Motion Control Webapp Unable to Connect

Software Version 3.6.X or earlier:

  1. Most Common: Arm 1 (the section of the arm with the Glambot® logo) wasn't properly supported when attempting to calibrate. If the wrist moves, but then nothing else happens; check the light on the shoulder (lift) motor to see if it is orange. If so, the arm wasn't properly supported during calibration: Watch Video

    1. Power off the robot, then power it back on.

    2. Immediately after the wrist moves, provide approximately 3lb of upward support under Arm 1 (the section of the arm with the Glambot® logo) until arm 2 begins to move.

    3. If the motor light on the shoulder (lift) motor is orange, it was not done properly. Retry as many times as needed until it begins to calibrate.

  2. If the wrist is not moving at all or there is no power to the unit, ensure that the red E-stop is pulled all the way up and the surge protector switch is on.

  3. If the motor lights are green, but nothing is happening, check for error codes. Connect to the Glambot® Wi-Fi, open the motion control webapp, and tap the arrow to expand the advanced settings in the bottom-left corner. If it displays an error message, go back to the Glambot® knowledge base and follow troubleshooting help for the specified error code.

  4. If the Glambot® Wi-Fi is not showing up as an available network, check the PC to ensure it is plugged in and powered on.
