If your Glambot® videos are failing to upload to the microsite in Snappic, there are a few most common reasons:
When using a single iPad to run the Glambot® Motion Control Software and Snappic at the same time, you will need to adjust the IP configuration to allow internet access.
See the advanced settings of THIS ARTICLE for how to set this up.
If using an Ethernet connection for Glambot® control, see THIS ARTICLE for how to set this up.
If the videos are still not uploading, run a SPEED TEST to check your upload speed. If the upload speed is too slow, the videos may fail to upload or be held in the queue until faster internet is available.
Once the videos have failed uploading, they may need re-queued for upload. See THIS ARTICLE for how to manage and re-queue the videos.
