For events in dense high-traffic areas with a lot of wireless signals, we recommend using a direct wired connection via ethernet for the Glambot Motion Control Webapp to avoid possible interference.
This is also necessary for using the Custom Path Designer.
Recommended Equipment:
Glambot® Operating on Software Version 4.3.X or later
3.3ft usb c to usb c cable (MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE 3.3FT OPTION)

Make sure your Glambot® is operating on software version 4.3.X or later
Cable Connections:
Connect the USB C hub to the iPad
Connect the ethernet cable from the hub to the port on the back of the Glambot® PC
Connect USB-C power cable to the iPad through the hub port labeled PD
Connect USB-C data cable to the USB-C hub port labeled 10Gbps. For Event Pro 4 users, you can use as normal with a 3ft data cable or shorter.
For using with an Event Pro 1, 2, 3, or a cable longer than 3 feet, you may need to connect to the data port directly under the shoulder because of the added hub connection.
iPad Settings:
To allow a cellular or wifi internet connection simultaneously with an ethernet connection, you will need to adjust a few settings:
Go to [Settings] → [Ethernet] → [USB 10/100/1000 LAN]
Copy the IP address
Click [Configure IP]
Select [Manual]
Paste the IP address
Enter 255.255.255.0 for the Subnet Mask
Click [Save]
Note that if the Motion Control Software isn't loading, you made need to switch back to automatic IP configuration when calibrating, and then switch to manual once connected
