If you are using Snappic on an iPad while running a wired connection to your camera (GoPro, Canon R8, etc.), you will need an Apple USB-C to Digital AV Adapter in order to charge your iPad simultaneously.
Use the USB-C port on the left side of the adapter to connect to power
Use the USB-A port on the right side of the adapter to connect to the USB-C data port on the Glambot® (you will need to use a USB-A to USB-C Cable)
If it's not connecting to the camera or Snappic is giving an error message, you may need to bypass the data port on the pedestal and connect the iPad data cable directly into the data port on the bottom side of arm 1 (the section of the arm with the Glambot® logo).
