If the gray usb cable needs replacement, follow the steps below:
The robot will need to be disassembled first to access the bottom of the pedestal.
Remove the front cover panel on the pedestal. There are 6 small screws that hold it in place.
Remove the clamp on the bottom of the tower that locks the cables from being pulled. There are 2 small screws.
Unplug the gray usb from inside of the pedestal, and remove it.
Feed new cable through the bottom and plug it in, ensuring that it's fully seated.
Reattach the clamp to secure the cable in place, ensuring the cable won't be strained in either direction.
Reattach the front cover panel.
