An error occurred streaming the live preview. Generic protocol failure

If this error occurs in Snappic, it's due to a connection issue. Double check your data cable connections between the camera and iPhone/iPad running Snappic. We highly recommend using USB 2.0 data cables with a maximum length of 6.6ft (for the connection from iPhone/iPad to the Glambot® pedestal) and 3ft (for the camera connection to the data port on arm 2). Try another cable and see if the issue still persists. See our recommended USB cables and adapters for the most stable connection. If it's still not connecting to the camera, you can try bypassing the data port on the pedestal and connecting the iPad/iPhone data cable directly into the data port on the bottom side of arm 1 (the section of the arm with the Glambot® logo).
