If this error occurs in Snappic, it's likely due to a connection issue. Double check your data cable connections between the camera and iPhone/iPad running Snappic. We highly recommend using USB 2.0 data cables with a maximum length of 6.6ft (for the connection from iPhone/iPad to the Glambot® pedestal) and 3ft (for the camera connection to the data port on arm 2).
