E17A / E17B Motor Engagement Error

Updated over a month ago

If the robot is failing to start the calibration sequence and displays a motor engagement error, there is one most likely cause.

  1. Arm 1 wasn’t properly supported during initialization. Support arm 1 and restart the Glambot. If the error persists, follow the steps below:

    1. Orient arm 2 vertically. Note: even the slightest movement to vertical or away from vertical may be needed

    2. Check cable 16 and ensure proper connection to lift motor brake
