Step-by-step instructions for turning on your Glambot® and initialization:
Plug in the Glambot®, ensure the emergency stop is pulled all the way up, and turn on the power strip on the base of the robot.
Make sure that the switch on the back of the Glambot® pedestal is on [READY]
Connect to the Glambot® Wi-Fi on your control device (iPad, iPhone, or tablet). Note that it takes approximately 30-40 seconds after turning on the power for the Wi-Fi signal to show up.
Open a web browser (Safari, Google Chrome, etc.) and type in the Glambot URL specific to your unit number: Glambot-xxxx.local:8080
If it says [System Offline], please allow up to 60 seconds for the system to start
Ensure proper clearance of all ceilings (9ft or higher), walls (6ft on all sides), and objects surrounding the robot prior to pressing the calibrate button.
Click [Calibrate] to start the calibration. Once the [Calibrate] button is pressed, the robot will immediately begin moving.
Upon completion, the motion control software will load (refresh the screen if needed)
