Follow these steps to check jumper setting on the arm board (located inside the tower on the lower left wall)

Confirm the jumper is at location #3 and the 3x Orange LEDs are on

1. Remove the front cover
2. Confirm the jumper is at location #3 and the 3x Orange LEDs are on
3. Restart the system
