Our factory upgrade program allows Event Pro 2 owners to send in their existing unit to be professionally upgraded to full Event Pro 4 specifications by our engineering team.
How it works:
Purchase the Event Pro 2 → Event Pro 4 Factory Upgrade
Palletize your unit for transport
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide
Schedule your pickup
Upon arrival, your unit enters the upgrade process
Factory upgrades are completed within 5–7 business days
Your upgraded unit is shipped back to you
Total turnaround time, including shipping to and from our facility, typically ranges from 2–4 weeks, depending on your location. Factory upgrade needs to be scheduled within 1 year of purchase.
Please note: due to the scope and complexity of the changes between the Event Pro 2 and Event Pro 4, a DIY upgrade kit is not available.
Gearboxes, motors, computer, and other electronic components not expressly listed will not be replaced or altered. The 1-year extended warranty does not extend or replace the included 2 years manufacturer's warranty on the motors.
