If your Canon R8 is not receiving power or not turning on when plugged into the Glambot® power port, it is likely due to insufficient power delivery from the charging block. Check the power brick at the base of the Glambot® or try a dfferent charger. If it's a dual-port charger and you have another device drawing power, unplug the second device.
For optimal performance, we recommend the Anker 47W Nano Charger. Many cheap or low power chargers do not work.
