At this time, we are not recommending use of the Canon R5 Mark ii in conjunction with Glambot®. Mainly due to the IBIS in the Mark ii not having the ability to be turned off if Optic Stabilization is on. In certain scenarios, the IBIS can cause output videos to be shaky as a result of micro vibrations in the arm. Our team does not feel the output quality of the Mark ii matches the smoothness we strive for.
For use with Snappic, we continue to recommend the Canon R8 and other models and brands which have digital stabilization or the ability to operate optic stabilization independently of an IBIS system.
