Saving Logs

Logs are a critical tool because they provide a recorded trail of events, states, and errors that help engineers understand what a system is doing, why something went wrong, and how to improve it. In the case of an error, saving the logs is the best way for our engineers to get a look at what's happening.

Follow the steps below to save the logs on an iPad, then contact Glambot® support for further assistance:

Safari:

  • Open the [Advanced Settings]

  • Tap [Save Logs]

  • Tap [Download]

  • Tap on the [Downloads] in the top right corner of Safari, then tap on the file

  • Tap the [Share Icon] in the top right corner

  • Tap [Save to Files]

  • Tap [Save] in the top-right corner of the popup

  • The logs are now saved in the [Downloads] folder of [Files] on your iPad

Google Chrome:

  • Open the [Advanced Settings]

  • Tap [Save Logs]

  • Tap [Download] in the popup at the bottom of the screen

  • Tap on the [Open In...]

  • Tap [Save to Files]

  • Tap [Save] in the top-right corner of the popup

  • The logs are now saved in the [Downloads] folder of [Files] on your iPad
