If your Canon R8 is not receiving power or not turning on when plugged into the Glambot® power port, check these most common issues:
Flip the orientation of the USB-C going into the power port of arm 2. The green light should be illuminated, like shown in the second photo below:
The charger block at the base of the robot may be providing insufficient power delivery. Check the power brick at the base of the Glambot® or try a dfferent charger.
If it's a dual-port charger, try the other port.
If you have another device drawing power, unplug the second device.
For optimal performance, we recommend the Anker 47W Nano Charger, Amazon 36w Charger, or a genuine Apple iPad 20w charger. Many cheap or low power chargers do not work.
