Installation:

IMPORTANT: make sure that to use the iPad or iPhone that will be running Snappic to pair the GoPro Quik App. For this example video, we are using an iPhone.

Settings:

Camera Settings: GoPro 11, 12 or 13

Resolution: 1080

Framerate: 240 fps

Controls: Pro

Max Lens Mode: Off

Digital Lens: Linear

Hypersmooth Mode: On

Color: Natural

Video Mode: Highest

Preset: Ultra Slo-Mo (Hero 11)

Bitrate: High (Hero 13)

Denoise: Medium (Hero 13)

To control the camera settings via Snappic, the GoPro will need to have the [Controls] setting set to [Pro]. To change to Pro Controls: swipe down on the GoPro screen, then swipe left, tap [Controls], and switch to [Pro].

Snappic Settings:

IMPORTANT: Confirm ALL of the settings match for both [Video] and [Slowmo] tabs:

Resolution: 1080

Framerate: 240 fps

ISO Max: Auto

ISO Min: Auto

Exposure Compensation: 0

Shutter Speed: Auto

White Balance: Auto

Color Profile: Natural

Sharpness: High

Max Lens Mode: Off

Digital Lens: Linear

Hypersmooth Mode: On

Anti Flicker: 60Hz (see here for a list of frequencies based on country to determine the best Anti-Flicker setting for your location)

Bitrate: High

Wind Reduction: Auto
