If the videos in Snappic are not rotating or exporting in the proper orientation, follow the guide below to change the settings to landscape:
Change the video FX templates to landscape in the Snappic event settings:
While logged into Snappic on a desktop, select [Events] tab in the top left portion of the screen.
Select your event
Scroll all the way down and click [Edit] on the video templates
Select the first video template and change the Resolution to [Landscape 1920x1080]
Save the template
Repeat these steps for each video fx template (make sure to click save every time)
Once you've saved every video template change, scroll down and click [Save Changes] in the bottom right.
If the camera is mounted upside down, you will also need to change the video rotation in the Snappic App:
On the iPhone/iPad running Snappic, select your event and tap [Start Booth]
Navigate to the compatibility tab, scroll down to video rotation and change to [180°]
